Now that you have created your very first bot and you want your customers to actually use it, here are some tips to make your bot more reachable:
1. m.me links
m.me is a shortened URL service operated by Facebook that redirects users to a person, page, or bot in Messenger. You can use them on your website, email newsletters, and more.
The format of the link is http://m.me/<PAGE_NAME>, where PAGE_NAME is the handle of the Facebook page the bot is linked to or the page ID.
You can find the ID of your page in the About section, but for a better experience, you would better create a username (handle) for your page so your link would be more memorable.
