You can connect any Facebook page to your chatbots simply through the channel settings present in the Settings tab.
You can manage all of your Facebook settings here. Below are the settings you can control.
Facebook settings you can edit for your bot:
1. The page you connect your chatbot with
You can review your page permissions and choose which page(s) you’d like to connect your chatbot with, and you can also disconnect the page at any time.
2. The welcome message
You can also edit the Welcome Message through the Settings tab. One of the things that significantly affect your chatbot experience is the welcome message. The welcome message is the first thing your users see before even starting a conversation with you, so make sure it counts. You can take your Welcome Message to the next level by adding an attribute to personalize the experience.
3. The persistent menu
The Persistent Menu is a fixed menu at the bottom of the Messenger chat. You can include the critical flows you’d want your users to refer back to in the Persistent Menu, such as the main flow or a language change flow, for example.
Items in a persistent menu can only be either a flow or a URL, and you can add up to 3 Menu Items, including our branding Powered by Hulul menu item you can remove by upgrading your plan.
Make sure you click on Publish once you’re done editing your persistent menu so as not to lose your progress.
