The Reply Buttons message allows you to add buttons in a WhatsApp bot for quick replies, saving time and effort for the bot user.
Simplified Guide to Setting Up Reply Buttons
Navigate to Your Flow: In the flow builder, select "WA Reply Buttons" from the message type options.
Header (Optional)
You can add a header to the body, which can display up to 20 characters.
- Text: 20 characters maximum
- Image: 5 MB maximum size
- Video: 16 MB maximum size
- PDF: 100 MB maximum size
- Optional: You can choose "None" to remove the header text area.
Body
Make sure to add text to guide your users through the options.
The text can display up to 1024 characters.
Footer (Optional)
You can also display a footer with up to 60 characters.
Buttons
Add the buttons you will offer as quick replies.
It is allowed to display up to 3 buttons, due to WhatsApp's limitations.
The maximum number of characters in the button text must be 20, if the limit is passed, the flow will not be sent.
Select Flow
Choose the next step in the conversation flow that triggers when a user clicks a button.
Behavior
Click button
Once the user clicks one of the available options, the flow will continue through the output selected.
Note:
- If there is no connection, the flow will not be sent. Ensure a stable connection to avoid interruptions.
- Users can select more than one option at the same time from the button message, without going back and re-open a previous message.
- Hyperlinks are not allowed.
