This guide explores Inbox Tags, a helpful feature within the WideBot platform designed to streamline your workflow and improve conversation management.
What are Inbox Tags?
Think of Inbox Tags as labels you can add to your conversations. These tags categorize and filter conversations based on specific criteria, allowing you to easily identify and prioritize relevant interactions, like:
- Topic: Group conversations by subject matter (e.g., "Billing Inquiry", "Product Feedback")
- Client Type: Organize conversations based on client categories (e.g., "New Customer", "Enterprise Account")
- Project Phase: Track conversations related to specific project stages (e.g., "Onboarding", "Development")
Benefits of Using Inbox Tags
- Enhanced Organization: Tags help categorize conversations by topic, client type, or any other relevant criteria, making it easier to locate and manage specific conversations.
